• Smell-a-therapy

  Time: 2.5 Hours
  Seats: 8 plus one parent per student
  Cost: $50 per person (all supplies/costs included)
  
  Smell-a-therapy is an up beat way for children to study aromatherapy. Learn seven scents and how they can affect your emotions and help treat ailments. There are many safe places we can use aromatherapy. Did you know that laundry is one of them?! Take home your very own kit with aromas and chart to use at home and continue your smell-a-therapy.

  
  
• Crystal Puzzles

  Time: 2.5 Hours
  Seats: 8 plus one parent per student
  Cost: $45 per person (all supplies/costs included)
  
  Crystals are unique formations, each with it’s own pattern and energy. Every crystal has it’s own healing properties. When you understand crystals you can use them to help you feel better, stay more grounded or calm, and even attract what you want in life. You will receive a crystal collection of 14 stones (2 rose quartz, 2 smokey quartz, 2 clear quartz, 1 lapis lazuli, 5 jet stones, 1 yellow citrine and 1 turquoise) along with a chart that reminds you of the six layouts we will learn in class. We will also be able to use magnifying glasses to look deep in each of our crystals. You might be surprised at what you see!

  
  
• Colour Me Crazy (Two Part Class)

  Time: 5 Hours
  Seats: 8 plus one parent per student
  Cost: $60 per person (all supplies/costs included)
  
  Colour has a huge effect on how we feel. Do you have a favorite colour? And why did you pick that shirt to wear today? Learn how colour enhances our emotions and increases healing. Would you believe you are what you eat because of the colour of the food too? We will use colour fabrics, foods, food colouring and art to discover how colour is a tool to heal.

• Small Hands Reiki Class (Level One)

  Time: 4 Hours per Level
  Seats: 8 plus one parent per student
  Cost: $60 (all supplies/costs/healthy snacks included)
  
  Reiki means “Universal Life Force Energy.” Many people use this energy to help heal others. Mommies use the healing Reiki energy with their children a lot! When children fall or hurt themselves Mommies will hold the hurt with their hands. Reiki moves through the Mommies’ hands and helps the hurt feel better and heal up. People call Reiki a type of Hands on Healing. You will learn all about Reiki and it’s history and receive attunements which help your body carry more energy. There will be hands on experiments for you to do and you will have your own book and certificate to take home.

• Home to Imaginary Friends

  Time: 2.5 Hours
  Seats: 8 plus one parent per student
  Cost: $25
  
  Sometimes others cannot see our friends. Does this mean they are imaginary or not “real”? We all have people who are in spirit who take care of us. Sometimes we see them as light or in dreams or in our mind. Some of us feel them, like when we get goose bumps or feel temperature changes; then there are those that hear their voices in their head. Are you one of these people? Come and learn how to communicate to your friends easier, with more confidence. We will use meditation and other fun tricks to show you how much you are in control and safe. Just because we cannot see them does not mean they are not real.
