Reiki is a simple natural process available to everyone. It is a gentle; yet, powerful technique that compliments other medical and therapeutic modalities used to promote recovery. The energy comes into the practitioner through the head passing through their heart and exiting the palms of the hands and soles of the feet to the recipient.  The recipient’s body accepts this healing energy through their aura, feeding it into the chakras, the endocrine system, bodily organs, and reaching the cellular/DNA level.

During a session of Reiki the energy can balance, harmonize and energize the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of the recipient. The study of Reiki can help a person who is seeking spiritual awareness. Reiki can help various stresses ranging from asthma, burns, headaches, muscle tension, menstrual cramps, digestive issues and more. I teach all three levels of Reiki from both the modern and traditional perspectives. I do require a 21-day period between initiations so the student can learn how to incorporate the healing into their life.

After completing Reiki Level One, students can move onto Level Two and finally the level of Reiki Master. Classes are offered for all levels.
