1) Group Activities and Games
1.5hr session of games and activities for groups 10yrs – up. Your group can consist of various combination’s of people; colleagues, family (reunion), team, friends, church groups, girl scouts, boy scouts etc. Experiential activities give participants a unique opportunity to intentionally work with others in a constructive and positive way. Not only are the activities fun, they also help individuals and groups develop their skill set in various ways.
I started on the Ropes Course in 1998 and have since guided rafting trips, back country treks, taught at an outdoor based intensive psychic facility with kids 8-18yrs old, worked at youth agencies and contracted with local schools to create curriculum around community leadership.
I will work with you to design the perfect program to meet your particular goals. Maybe you just want to have fun, or you want to focus on communication, goal setting, or trust. We can do all of those things and more.

2) 1hr NMT Session In Downtown Decatur Office
Neuromuscular Therapy address six primary subdivisions of dysfunction. (1) Ischemia, (2) Trigger Points, (3) Neural Interferences, (4) Postural and biomechanical dysfunction, (5) Nutritional factors, (6) Emotional Wellbeing.The therapy addresses these factors systematically to reduce underlying cuases and/or to decrease the intensity of the clients pain and discomfort.
I have 3 years experience working as a Medical Massage Therapist addressing various acute and chronic issues.
