Join Kelley Colihan for 8 Tuesdays of Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Beginning Tuesday nights at 6 PM- 7PM from July 13 – Tuesday August 31
Cost if paid in advance $86. for the whole series. Or $14 for a single drop in class.
In this series you will get stronger, become more flexible and relaxed. The class will consist of moving asana (poses) and a short meditation at the end. If you’ve never done yoga call Kelley to see if this class is right for you.
Kelley is a National Yoga Alliance registered instructor who has had hundreds of hours of training with some of the world’s best teachers. This class will be fun, at times challenging and just a perfect way to keep you refreshed throughout the week. It’s better than a vacation, give yourself the gift of yoga!

Public Channeling: Surviving the Fear of Change July 23 8-10pm
Friday, July 23rd Jamie will be channeling with the topic of “Surviving the Fear of Change”. The topic will cover some of the 2012 media and Earth changes from the restructuring of our planet. Advice for how to stay positive and geared to health and happiness will be discussed. For those who are new to the Public Channeling: The public channeling is where I will channel the spirit guides I work with so they can speak to you directly. For the first hour the guides will deliver messages to you and for the second hour they will answer your questions. The messages that come through (not the personal ones:) I put in the newsletter for everyone to read. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. and the doors will promptly close 8:00 p.m. and will not open. I will be there to meet and greet before hand but please understand that afterward I will be overly calm and ready to call it a night. The fee for the evening is still $25. I will have some snacks and drinks available. I can sit 40 people in the session so please register in advance by emailing me. Seats fill up quickly. Free Healing Night July 29th 7:00-8:30 pm
If you have been thinking of receiving “hands on healing” work or spiritual counseling but did not know where to go? Come here first. On Thursday, July 29th between the hours of 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM for a free healing session. You will experience Reiki, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and more in a warm and comfortable setting. Come when you can and stay for as along as you can.

July 8th Marco Pardi discusses NDEs
“What should we make of so-called ‘near-death experiences’? Marco Pardi has been a member and facilitator in the International Association for Near-Death Studies for 29 years, and has written extensively on the topic. In his discussion, he will consider both popular and scientific views of these experiences. Mr. Pardi will take issue with the notion that science and the “paranormal” are incompatible, and that therefore science is in no position to examine these phenomena. He will also look at how near-death experiences have been portrayed in the news media, and will consider the possible misuse of science as a means of discouraging investigations into near-death experiences.” (written by Larry Peck)
I would love for anyone and everyone to come hear Marco talk. This is the guy who wrote the curriculum for the course in Death and Dying that is taught in our colleges today. In fact he was the driving force behind Hospice. The truth is he is so down to earth he barely talks about all his achievements and in a way that makes him really easy to be around. Marco worked with Kubler Ross in the 70’s, had his own talk show and published books all on the topic of death and dying. He found our culture to be dry of traditions for assisting our ill through the most important right of passage, “birthing out.” Marco also found that there were several different definitions of a NDE. Not all were the same. In fact he came up with a system to describe it that will make your mouth drop. You will also find you have done a few of these “things” he discusses.
Now Marco is a professor. I know he does it because he can’t sit still and thrives on challenging people, because he could have easily retired from the CDC after his years of service. Well I have convinced him to come out and play with us and do a series of talks. It is a rarity to have him back out in the public. Honestly you should come and pick his brain.
Be ready to discuss NDE to the depth and degree you want to and come with questions!! I have found a really informative and interesting movie that puts everything in perspective about what we are experiencing on Earth and in our universe around 2012! It just sounds right to me. Basically, it covers and explains the Mayan and Hopi predictions, polar shifts, the procession of the Equinox, spiritual paradigm shifts, Interstellar energy clouds and us being in the center of the Milky Way on 12.21.2012. It’s done really well and is about 1hr 20 minutes long.
