• Required in the appointment form: your name, email, the selection of your first and second appointment times (using the schedule to choose two appointment times that suit you best).
• All times are in Eastern Standard Time Zone.
• All time slots are available by phone or in person, unless stated otherwise. Phone appointments are to be initiated by the client.
• Press submit to send in your appointment request.
• The next available appointment coinciding with one of your two choices will be confirmed via email.
• This can take up to one week.

Cost:

• Sessions are $140 and average one hour in length.
• Cancellation Fee of $50.00 will be charged for missed appointments if not canceled 48 hours prior to the time slot.
